Our application process
Our application process is clearly structured and is generally divided into five phases. The first step is for you to submit your online application. Based on that, we’ll review your application and decide whether to invite you to an initial interview. This can take place via phone, Zoom, or in person. The goal of this initial interview is to find out together whether we’re a good fit for each other. Tell us a little about yourself and what makes you unique. Of course, we’ll also introduce ourselves and Noble BC. This is your chance to ask any questions you may have.
In a third step, we will discuss your professional competencies with you. Here, you can ideally convince us why we need you on our team. If this hurdle is also cleared, we would like to introduce you to the entire team in the final step. Should we decide after this last meeting that we would like to work together, our legal counsel will send you your personal employment contract.
