Our application process
Our application process is clearly structured and generally divided into five phases. In the first step, you submit your online application to us. Based on this, we review your application and decide whether to invite you for an initial interview. This can take place either by phone, Zoom, or in person. The aim of this first conversation is to jointly determine if we are a good fit. Tell us something about yourself and what makes you unique. Of course, we will also introduce ourselves and Noble BC. Here you have the opportunity to ask all your questions.
In a third step, we will discuss your professional competencies with you. Here, you can ideally convince us why we need you on our team. If this hurdle is also cleared, we would like to introduce you to the entire team in the final step. Should we decide after this last meeting that we would like to work together, our legal counsel will send you your personal employment contract.
